Alter Ego Home offers you a wider range of services than an estate agency, taking responsibility for all your property plans. In fact, our commission of 4.5% of the total transaction, due only if successful, includes not only the costs of finding your property but also, if you so wish, the costs of identifying funding for your purchase. Our commission includes :
• The identification of your search criteria at our initial meeting.
• Advance visits to properties selected by you from the whole market, the production of visit reports with photos and comments and our weekly follow-up discussions.
• Support from the signing of the pre-contract to the production of the legal deeds at the notary’s office.
• Identification of funding, submission of loan applications to various banking institutions, negotiation of the best possible loan rates and conditions, assessment of the products on the market etc
If we have cause to work with intermediaries (estate agencies, notary’s negotiators, property agents etc.) during our searches, our fees will be negotiated and included in the charges initially published by these different service providers.
In addition to our initial search, we can offer you a range of services designed to facilitate your purchase: our 
will be covered by a quotation produced in advance.
